I've partecipated to the start-up of Class Editori TV, the italian publishing company leader in the financial tv information, where I subsequently worked in a number of senior position, of which the most recent was that of CMO of the three tv channels (Class CNBC, Class News, Class Life) where I held responsibility over all the TV channels marketing activities. At the end of 2008 I decided to join RCS Mediagroup and get the position of Head of Video Department.. In this position I've launched the web tv Corriere TV and Gazzetta TV. Both, in few years, have became the most viewed news and sports web tv in Italy. As Head of Department, I've managed all the activities related to marketing, content, product development and sales.After some years, in 2014 I've became Operative Director of all the broadcast TV channels published by RCS (Lei, Lei +1, Dove, Caccia&Pesca). Moreover, in february 2015, I've managed the launch of Gazzetta TV on the digital terrestrial platform. As Operative Director I'm responsible for the P&L of all the TVs I'm responsible of the P&L production and operations, marketing, Specialties: P&L management, marketing, operations&production, sales coordination.
