Determined and goal-oriented student, recently graduate in Economic Science and Management, currently pursuing a Master's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Throughout my academic journey and professional experiences, I have consistently strived to achieve excellence and successfully meet objectives. My diverse work experiences, ranging from private teaching to roles in the tourism sector, have helped me develop a broad skill set. These experiences have honed my empathy, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability, which I now apply to both academic and professional environments. My last work experience was at the Voi Floriana Resort, as receptionist. During the summer season I developed several skills that helped me to better understand the customers, their needs and the work of back office.
