Senior multidisciplinary design expert, creative polymath; bicultural, bilingual, outspoken; mindfulness practitioner, partially busy building Humanise, a social startup dedicated to βfostering systems that careβ by raising awareness and promoting education about human skills & qualities. Passionate about design, diversity, inclusivity, human behaviour, and emotional intelligence and trying to leave this place a bit better than found, my latest interests lie in designing sustainable experiences on complex projects, on LXD (Learning Experience Design) for which I am currently expanding competencies and knowledge, and in promoting Design Culture through the non-profit I founded: designculturecollective.org.I have spent over 35 years in integrated communication design and the varied experiences have shaped me into a βfull stackβ designer, with a wide range of skills, both generalist and specific: from strategy to implementation; from designing brands to designing events passing through graphic & web design; Experience design and pixel-perfect UI, print & digital and asset production; marketing; advertising; writing & transcreation; photography; video editing & motion media design; social media management; and content design & curation.β¨β¨ In the last years I have also honed my project management and product ownership skills, along with working and managing remote teams.At the end of 2019 I founded a social startup, Humanise, which focuses of training and promoting conversations to "foster organisations that care".In 2022 I founded, and currently preside Design Culture Collective, a non-profit dedicated to promoting the Culture and Value of the Design Practice.My professional approach is simple: efficiency, attention, care, creativity, experience and sustainability. I keep an open mind and I take pride in working like a craftsman on tailor-made projects. Sponsored by the Italian Prime Minister's office and in collaboration with the Psychology of Traffic division of Milan's UniCattolica Psychology Department.Goals: designing an engaging, informational, and motivational event dedicated to students aged 17-19.Value provided: designed and creative-directed an event built like a performance. Playing with the event's title "the sense of the road", developed a multi-media storytelling presentation in 5 acts and with 5 players, that was granted an overall satisfaction score of 78%. Also created website, printed material, and all multi-media visual material for four of the five segments.
