Bank of Montreal: Implementing platform-wide data-driven updates required for AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) across Factsheets and Fund Pages. 2. Investment company based in the UK: Platform-wide migration, inclusive of a website rebuild, redesign and implementation of Key Information Documents and Factsheets, as well as the integration of migrated data tools for the new website.3. Asset management firm based in Hong Kong: end-to-end digital web-platform implementation, focussing on optimizing financial data and guidance on best practices and industry standards. Roles & Responsibilities include:-Oversee, drive and ultimately own implementation activities for multiple projects, across several timezones. -Production of key documents; Project plan, Sprint and Status Reports for delivery to executives -Collaboration and management of the internal delivery team including Business Analyst, Design, Quality Assurance and Development functions.-Translate technical concepts to business organizations and enable clients to drive prioritization and functional requirements. -Work with clients across multiple business units to identify key dependencies and eliminate risks.-Managing project timelines, milestones, deliverables; empowering the team to deliver by removing blockers, mitigating risk and being a proactive force in the delivery lifecycle.-Plan resource requirements and allocations for the current and future project pipeline.

Implementation of an e-commerce beta mobile application for both Android and iOS, ensuring that consumers can seamlessly purchase locally produced clothing and accessories made in South Africa. 2. Implementation and Bluetooth integration for a Proof of Concept mobile application and device that provides security for low-income housing within the South African underprivileged and impoverished households. Roles & Responsibilities included:-Stakeholder management across multiple projects, ensuring client requirements are understood and clients are included in the software development lifecycle. -Strategic planning to assist in the development of a go-to market strategy and consumer testing, analysis of data and backlog refinement for further improvements. -SCRUM & Agile methodology: Jira management, tracking and QA.-Hiring and managing a team of software developers, designers, and Quality Assurance.

Karri payments in partnership with Nedbank Group (offering wholesale and retail banking services within South Africa) is a mobile and web application that aims to eliminate cash from within the school environment, making it more convenient and much safer for parents to simply pay for excursions and expenses within the educational sector, at the click of a button. Key achievements in this role:1. Implementation of the successful Proof of Concept for the first-ever, South African produced, mobile payments application in 2016. Furthermore, Beta testing of the website platform within the school sector that assisted financial managers in the day to day tracking and collection of payments. 2. Full scale launch and integration with a financial institution, for 150 schools nationwide.3. Managing the performance of the app, transaction data collection and customer feedback from over 150 000 active users.4. Complete Rebuild and launch of Version 2 in 2018, user experience updates and requirements from a Product Owner position in collaboration with customers and the development team.
