With almost 2 decades of experience in Training and Development, I excel in managing, directing, and innovating training activities on local, national, and virtual platforms. My expansive role includes coordinating and facilitating staff and customer training, developing, and maintaining training resources, administering our company's Learning Management System (LMS), and perpetually enhancing our training strategies.Over the course of my career, I've developed my experience in instructional design and have honed my skills in LMS administration, which includes platform administration, course creation, and learner support. In addition, my proficiency in virtual facilitation and management spans across diverse industries, and I've spent seven significant years creating educational videos and conducting training in the security technology industry.When it comes to software, I am adept in PowerPoint, Word, video editing, Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline), MS Teams, OBS Studio, and Excel, while also possessing fundamental knowledge in image editing, SharePoint, and OneDrive.Since September 2016, I undertook the task of drastically improving the existing training materials at my current employer, as well as enhancing the delivery of training. I was quick to adapt when the COVID pandemic struck, swiftly transitioning to online, virtual training that yielded significant success. In collaboration with my team, I assisted in establishing a new eLearning platform and courses, a responsibility I continue to fulfil as an administrator. My innovative approach has led to what I term 'hybrid training' - simultaneous delivery of classroom and online training.My aspiration is to deliver world-class training in all settings, aiming to make a significant difference in our learners' lives, both professionally and personally.
