Commissioned by PSN to review and improve the engineering execution strategy for decommissioning of the Brent Delta platform. Created work structure, new certification and standardised working practices to deliver a new simplified delivery system.

Responsible for the identification, development commercialisation and delivery of over £20 million value adding opportunities and projects for CNS asset to deliver substantial production increases, over 500 days of continuous operation without a production trip, increased and improved production efficiency from 82% to 92%,
