Up to 7 projects at a time.• Tender packaging and review.• Underground utilities installation including hoziontal drilling and pipe jacking, shafts, pumping stations and holding tanks.• Costing, design review and forecasting for future and ongoing projects.• Resourcing and programming of projects and supervision of direct labor as well as specialist sub-contractors along with plant and material resources.• Maintaining and developing the importance of working in a safe and controlled environment• Active reporting (progress, HSE, cost, P&E, forecasting, labor and resources)• Cost control, scheduling, invoicing, quality control and reporting, document control, design and constructability review, tendering, safe work methods statements, permits, procurement and client reporting.
