Ms Doyle began her career at Space and Naval Warfare Center (SPAWAR) Pacific in 2007 as Joint Test and Evaluation Project Lead. From 2011 to 2015 she served as the International Advanced Tactical Data Link (ATDL) / TDL Project Manager and the Tactical Data Link Technical Warrant Holder. In 2015 she became the Tactical Systems Engineering and Evaluation (TSEE) Business Area Manager in addition to the TDL Tech Warrant Holder. From 2016 to 2018 she led several teams who design, integrate and experiment with legacy and innovative manned and unmanned developmental systems in System of System Architectures through live, virtual and constructive experimentation to ensure innovative solutions are rapidly fielded to the warfighter as the Integrated Fires Strategic Initiative Lead, the Deputy Technical Director for PMW-120 and Architected, began and currently leads Project UNACORN for the Digital Warfare Office. Prior to joining NIWC Pacific in 2007, Mrs. Doyle served as an United States Air Force Air Battle Manager during which time she flew over 2000 combat hours in the E-3 Airborne Early Warning and Control (AWACS) platform as and Evaluator Air Surveillance Officer and Weapons Controller as well and serving two deployments in Operation Iraqi Freedom as the Joint Interface Control Officer, Lead Air Surveillance Officer and Weapons Controller. Additionally, she led the NATO E3A Mid-Term Upgrade and was Chief, Trials and Software Branch managing AWACS radar, JTIDS, and mission systems software baselines. Ms Doyle earned a bachelor’s degree in in Biology & Environmental Science (University of San Francisco), a Masters of Science in International Relations Globalization & Economics (University of Oklahoma) and Model Based Systems Engineering Certificate, Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She will complete her Joint Systems Engineering Masters through Naval Post Graduate School in September 2022. She holds Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 2 certifications in Test & Evaluation Level II Certification. She is the recipient of the Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Award and the first-ever recipient of the C2E2 Excellence Award as well as the Naval Innovation Award.
