Avvir creates and continuously updates a digital twin of buildings that serve as the building's system of record. We do this by comparing the 3D design models (known as BIMs) that are created at the outset of a building's construction to laser scans of the ever changing reality. During construction this enables stakeholders to identify construction errors and monitor progress. And once a building is occupied, we enable that digital twin to serve as a platform for the internet of things, integrating data from hundreds of connected sensors in a common data environment.

As the General Manager of Franchise Help I managed a diverse team of salespeople, account managers, developers, marketers and operations staff. I held various teams accountable to agreed upon metrics and helped to develop a corporate strategy for growing the company's revenue.

As a product manager at Applico I worked to understand the needs of our clients, their vision for their product and translate that into vision into discrete user stories for our developers. I also formalized our product development engagements and built out an internal tool set for both product managers and developers so that we could offer the best service to our clients in the shortest possible time frame.

While at Fino I primarily worked on an education technology product called Apricot. I owned the product roadmap. I worked closely with designers and developers to create user stories and build out new features. I recruited users for our product and ran the product pilot at 4 NYC schools. I developed the product's business model and used analytics to gain consensus both around the business model decision and the decision to focus on engaging teachers rather than parents.

I successfully pushed for the publication of course reviews, published a white paper on the integration of the career development center with the academic advising department and created a website to keep students abreast of the issues we were working on.
