My name is Rafael Scopel, born in the same year that Star Wars premiered in theaters, the Atari 2600 was released, and the Voyager 1 and 2 probes began their journey to the far reaches of space.I have been passionate about computer graphics since the first Tron, and had my first encounter with a 3D software (spoiler: it was 3D Studio 4, but not yet MAX) when Toy Story hit theaters.I have been working as a 3D generalist artist and animator for over 15 years, particularly in the field of games and realtime applications. In recent years, I have also worked in the field of technical art, although that is not my main focus.
