· Establishment of voice interconnects with LDIs (pricing, agreement, physical link, testing, CDR analysis, commercial activation)· Active team member in acquisition of FLL/WLL licenses project in 14 regions with PTA· Prefix based routing for international outgoing traffic as per the lowest cost route· Grey traffic analysis and blocking illegitimate traffic whenever necessary· Management of the billing portal and CDRs management· Capacity planning and expansion of SIP channels/E1s whenever necessary with the LDIs· Configuration and troubleshooting of core and end devices: U2000, SoftX3000, SBC2600/2900, UMG8900, SIP to SS7 gateways· Monitoring outages and degradations, managing escalations, rerouting traffic when necessary· Solution designing, doing R&D, configuration of voice links for clients, UAN/TFN mapping· Troubleshooting of voice issues using sip traces whenever necessary

Pakistan

· Monitoring capacity utilization and planning expansions when necessary· Managed core and edge network devices, configuring customer links· Monitoring outages and degradations, managing escalations, assisting/executing restoration, rerouting traffic· Managing link configurations (IP/MPLS/RF/3G), coordinating with TAC during deployments/migrations/outages· Hands-on experience on a range of Cisco, Juniper, Maipu, and Huawei routers and switches (MX480, M10i, M7i, Cisco 3845, J6350, SM3400, MP2824, S6720, Cisco 2950/2960 etc)
