Client: National Highway Authority.Consultant: CTI-OC-EA-EE Joint Venture.Scope of work :- • Construction of Road (32.661 Km).• 8 Nos of Steel Bridges.• 10 Nos of Concrete Bridges.• 15 Nos of Pre-Fabricated Steel Bridges.• Rock Bolt Drilling.• Ground Anchoring.• Foamed Cement Banking wall. • Mechanically Stabilized Earthen wall 5Km. • Stone masonry wall (SMW) 3.00km. • Counter balance slab (CBS) 5.00 Km. • Road side Drains and Angular Cut Cylindrical Earthen Retaining work (ACCER) in mountainous terrain.Job Responsibilities: • Final One year worked as a Quantity surveyor for Preparation of IPC & final bill.• Ensuring that the project smoothly runs and that the project is completed within time and budget.• Correcting if any deficiencies that affect progress, quality and safety requirements before final evaluation and project reviews• Execution of work as per scheduled.• Adjust work schedule as needed in order to meet project deadlines.• Visiting project sites during construction to monitor progress and consulting with contractors.• Daily internal meetings to update work progress, site issues and find solution for execution of the work• Supervising of Subcontractor for quality and progress of work.• Meeting with consultant on schedule basis.• Daily Coordination meeting with other engineering sections for avoids confliction in work process.
