Currently, I am working as a PhD student of Minkara COMBINE LAB at Northeastern University. My research focus is developing pulmonary immunoprotein as a therapeutics using computational techniques. Previously, I was working as a Research Assistant in the division of infectious disease at The Red-Green Research Center, Dhaka, Bangladesh under the supervision of Dr. Mohammad A. Halim. This research is based on computer-aided-drug design. In this research experience, I am working on De-novo peptide modeling and small molecule designing. I have also experience in designing RNA frameshifting regions. I have basic experience in Molecular Dynamic Simulation and expertise in Molecular Dynamic Simulation data analysis. This research mainly focused on identifying promising therapeutics against viral disease. As a chemistry graduate, I have also skills in organic and inorganic complex synthesis as well as fundamental knowledge about different analytical tools (MS, NMR, IR, RAMAN, UV-Vis, Voltammetry, HPLC)
