Fieldstars is a specialist in direct (face-to-face) marketing. Since Its founding in 2014, the company has been growing fast. Now Fieldstars has ten branches and close to 500 employees in the Netherlands. As Business Unit Manager and MT Member, I was responsible for building and managing a complete new business unit – consisting of multiple new branches – with the goal of acquiring new long-term customers, through field marketing.
