Overall, the research evaluates employee and managerial standing in the workplace. The report comprises more than 40 pages and investigates the circumstances of business & functional-level decisions under the firm’s organisational structure and culture.The highlighted report was presented to Corporate and Department Managers, Senior(s) and CEO.Further details of the project; Prepared and scrutinised ‘Employee Motivation’ questionnaires for face-to-face interviews by addressing various issues and dimensions.
