GenU is a global, multi-sector partnership, aprt of UNICEF that bridges the educational gap enabling young people to become productive members of society• Identified and supported the implementation of strategies to actively upskill the youth by influencing the governance towards the skills that we deem high on the agenda.• Supported the development of advocacy material for GenU interventions in the areas of employability, entrepreneurship, and training to be used with the global board.

Education institution with B2B and B2C channels focused on teaching STEM• Analyzed recruiting, teaching, internal communication processes, and identified gaps.• Developed a training covering the gaps using my robotics teaching skills by composing a digital lesson plan template that drives mentors to teach interactively.• Designed a clearer hierarchy for the 20 mentors, establishing a vertical hierarchy to enable employee’s growth within the company.• Resulted in an improved internal communication process across the 30 employees, improved employee retention by 15% at mid and upper level mentors’ roles.
