(20 MEGP)

Responsibilities: • Carrying out power & heat dissipation studies/assessment for all MSC buildings in need for evaluation, planning for the corrective project to be made, following up the execution.• Guiding the consultant through the design phase, planning/managing new MSC/Data centers rooms complete preparations.(Main/backup power, Fire fighting, HVAC) Selected achievements: Utility power upgrade from 2 MVA to 4 MVA and migration of all October First MSC & DC to be fed from he new power unit. (2.5 MEGP) Complete preparation of October First Data center (Switch & power rooms), with main & back up power, Fire fighting, & HVAC. (7.5 MEGP) Preparation of switch area at October First building to equip three MSCs, with main & back up power, Fire fighting, & HVAC, including making the room layout design drawing. (7.5 MEGP) Setting sizing methodology & guidelines for main/back up power to be followed by the consultant during the design phase.

• Managing all telecom modifications projects deployment in all Mobinil MSCs including studying & selecting the best location for the equipment with all stack holders, arranging for surveys, following up implementation of all required installations, till the power up.• Planning/Managing all main power & back up power upgrade projects in all MSC buildings.• Tracking the heat dissipation situation in MSCs, making calculations, planning/Managing all cooling capacity upgrade projects in all MSC buildings.• Specifying requirements, revising designs to meet Mobinil needs, follow up and quality supervision, and handing over. Selected achievements: Increasing the utility power at October Hosary building by 1 MVA & the back up power by 660 KVA. Increasing the backup capacity of October Hosary MSC building with 1 MVA. Providing main/backup power for 2 soft switches with a total amount of 2 million EGP at October First building. (In house solution).
