Take architectural decisions and provide design feedback based on system and solution constraints.Design a plan to enhance the department development process and individual department members awareness with open source tools, and execute these plans, by preparing and presenting sessions on various open source development techniques, on topics like: ssh, Linux as development environment, Apache, Drush and various topics.Engage the online community on various levels and channels. This include participating in IRC channels, and engaging Drupal different communities.
