Program Director for an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) initiative to replace legacy order management and customer service applications for the mail service pharmacy business. Led the largest IT investment ever undertaken by OptumRx.Managed a team of 250+ resources, including consultants from multiple organizations in the US, India and the Philippines. Led all phases of program including design, development, testing and deployment planning for implementation of twelve Oracle modules to 3,000 end users.
