• to plan, organize and control the project activities;• coordinate the project activities progress and to prepare the implementation of the necessary project resources and to monitor their receipt;• coordinating the information circulation with the partners for the effective implementation of the measure;• to support the organization of procurement;• to organize the preparation of the necessary administrative, technical and financial documents.

• carry out the administrative duties of the Twinning project;• ensure secretarial activities, registering documentation;• assistance to the RTA and experts according with RTA tasks;• organization of events, study visits, organization of meetings, trainings, events (lists of participants, invitations);• editing, compilation and formatting documentation (reports, letters, brochures, booklets etc.), editing/formatting of minutes of meetings, following up on publications on the Twinning project in mass media (including Internet), preparation of information to be placed on web-sites;• preparation of procurement documents for local tenders or market testing procedures;• interpretation and translation when necessary;• accountancy of local expenditures and reporting.
