Cleaning tasks, weekly reports, monthly reports, equipment maintenance reports etc…. Reporting any hygiene issues and following up as necessary. Repairing housekeeping achiness like, single disc machine, vacuum cleaner, high jet pressure machines, rode sweeper, ride on scrubbing machines, etc… Inspecting guest rooms and public area after they have been cleaned by a house keeping ensuring quality standards.  Building Monitoring System operating Fire Alarm Operating System.  Install, Maintain and Repair electrical control , wiring and lighting system Preparing Reports Like, Machine Assets  Electrician with installation and repairs of heaters, boilers, and wiring at both residential and commercial construction sites. Perform general electrical maintenance Skilled with hand and power tools.
