I handle mass material planning by forecasting inventory needs and sourcing reliable suppliers. Additionally, I focus on production process improvements to reduce costs and lead times, while maintaining compliance standards. I create and manage detailed Excel data sheets for order tracking, shipment schedules, and quality inspections. Serving as a key communication bridge between the Bangladesh base and Japan headquarters, I conduct cross-border meetings in English and coordinate business trips to assess production and implement process enhancements.
