The company makes use of a Autotask PSA platform to address customer queries and track progress. Being one of the Google cloud services resellers the company has access to Google partners' portal and I have been trained to help clients with setting up their Google Workspace.

Worked along with the team of 4 senior developers to develop a front end pairing engine using keizer pairing rule. The pairing engine will be integrated with the already existing site named Tornelo. Tornelo is a tournament management system which is mostly used to host chess competitions.
