In this project I am responsible for leading technician, dismantling casing, plate, disassembly previous seal, cleaning plate, and the finish process in assembling & installing new seal & casing.- Developing a maintenance plan for equipment to ensure that it stays in good working condition overtime- Inspect work of outside contractors to verify outcomes met standards and specifications.- Evaluating possible causes of machinery failures and taking corrective action where needed- Preparing work plans and coordinating planned work schedules with production and contractors- Minimized plant equipment downtime by responding proactively to maintenance issues- Managing Plant Shutdown by provide shutdown activities list, shutdown activities requirements (spare parts, materials, heavy equipment, tools, manpower, part modification, scaffolding, etc.) and shutdown report- Analyzing material or service requirement and coordinating with vendors and buyer related to materials order specification or external service (Purchase Requisition)- Coordinate with Central Workshop Department related to specific job requests such as overhaul, internal parts replacement (gearbox, pump), new parts fabrication, assembly equipment, repairs, and parts machining.- Performing improvement of availability and maintenance database (maintenance order, functional location, equipment number, bill of materials, failure analysis, planned cost and actual cost) within SAP system- Responsible to make sure 6S regulation in maintenance area is running Show less
