Overseeing-• Deployment process of embodied Ansars at different KPIs in Bangladesh. • E-governance projects in Bangaldesh Ansar-VDP . I was e-governance focal point of Bangladesh Ansar-VDP at the Ministry of Home Affairs.

I am a member of Bangladesh Civil Service in Ansar Cadre. Bangladesh Ansar-VDP is the largest government organization in Bangladesh. Most of the members are volunteers. Right now this organization belongs to about 5 million members out of which 50% are female. This organization works for public safety, socio economic development and human resource development. I am an Assistant Director of this organization and I am incharge of a Vocational Training Center and my appointment there is Commandant. I am also incharge of a Battalion and my relevant appointment there is Battalion Commander. In addition am e-governance focal point of Ansar-VDP. I have developed and maintained website of Bangaldesh Ansar-VDP. Right now am conducting IS training in this organisation including some other professional training.

I joined in the bank as Officer grade-I and appointed as branch manager.

I was-• Lecturer in English at Dakra Digree College, Charghat, Rajshahi.• Visiting Lecturer at Arani Girls’ College, Bagha, Rajshahi. I conducted English Learning Program (ELP) at Arani and in the City of Rajshahi. This program was for the students and professionals to improve their skill in English.
