Currently doing a study on wages and work conditions in Pakistan's textile sector, being commenced by Arisa, Netherlands. Earlier, conducted a studies "The State of Agriculture Workers in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa" for the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP), and "Impact of Foreign Debt on Human and Labour Rights in Pakistan" for Public Services International (PSI).

• Achieved development of a Strategic Plan for Pakistan’s National Commission for Human Rights (NCHR) and reviewed the strategic plan of the Sindh Human Rights Commission (SHRC); • Developed ToRs for the Complaint Handling System of the NCHR and SHRC; • Developed Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Human Rights Action Plan and reviewed Punjab Human Rights Policy; • Strengthened capacities of District Human Rights Committees of Punjab and KP around human rights monitoring; • Developed strategies to localise human rights in KP and Punjab• Strengthened capacities, built alliances and supported the civil society actors’ joint advocacy initiatives on human rights compliance and reclaiming civic space in Pakistan; • Developed research-based knowledge products to identify challenges in Pakistan’s democratic and human rights policies, frameworks and structures to pose recommendations for reforms in conformity with international standards and best practices; • Contributed to the preparation of project proposals, periodic project reports and other management-related operations for the DRI Pakistan office.

• Worked as part of PILER’s core team, contributed to the designing, management and implementation of different programmes/projects funded by the ICCO, UNICEF, ILO, Trocaire, Medico International, etc.; • Achieved, through international-level advocacy and campaigning, compensation for the families of Baldia Factory Fire Victims; • Achieved mainstreaming of nearly 2000 out-of-school children into formal education; • Contributed to the workers’ campaigning for their rights, development of knowledge products, technical resource material and project reports;

Planned, managed, implemented and reported all the projects of SAHARA including ‘Promotion and Protection of Labour Rights in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, funded by NHRF’, ‘Democratic and Civic Rights Education Program, funded by NED’, ‘Rehabilitation of Education and Child Protection’, funded by Terre Des Hommes-Germany, ‘Ending Violence Against Women’, funded by Action Aid and Advocacy for Inclusive Local Governance in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Pakistan), funded by KIOS.
