I am a Strategic HSE & Warehouse management with 8+ years of professional and passionate experience in Health & Safety, Warehouse, and Logistics. I also have 2+ years of prior experience in customer support and IT systems, but I always wanted my career to progress in logistics and warehouse which was fulfilled through my current profile, leading HSE Warehouse and Logistics operations of Norsk Hydro. Since earning my promotion as HSE warehouse manager of the large aluminum building system manufacturing plant, I have received consistent commendations for promoting safety through effective training and orientation for all project personnel with a focus on prevention. Besides providing a safe and healthy working environment, I am also heavily involved in the maintenance and improvement of the warehouses. Part of my job is to boost the efficiency of activities in the warehouse. Hence, I often perform physical checking to ensure the quality of the inventories in collaboration with the procurement team. I followed unique strategies to monitor shop floor activities, and most importantly reinforced good housekeeping practices. I also systematized all processes relating to staffing, inventory management, logistics operations, and vehicle management.As such, I championed the growth and development of warehouses, office spaces, and manufacturing sites with a successful track record of achieving ZERO accident status consistently for the last 5 years.
