• Achievements:– Led a pivotal analysis to identify students consistently underperforming across various faculties, uncovering patterns within their academic and demographic profiles. The insights gained served as the foundational layer for the development of a predictive model.– Led a study on student attrition discovering key metrics and potential early indicators that were common among attrition students. This project laid the groundwork for refining student retention strategies.– Contributed to the development of a data model by synthesizing existing databases, establishing a unified data source about students. This model was further leveraged to create an interactive dashboard to enhance data accessibility and usability.– Assisted in testing a new database model including studying the new and existing models, writing testcases, and performing validation against the front-end.– Automated reporting by transitioning data from Redshift to Snowflake, reducing manual intervention in legacy report refreshes.
