ITB's protocol is a unit under the Direktorat Humas dan Alumni, which is an organization controlled by the vice chancellor of Bidang Komunikasi, Kemitraan, dan Alumni. To become the part of the protocol team, the candidates must fulfill several prerequirements such as passed the first year in ITB (TPB), have a good GPA, and also doesn't have any academic issues. After fulfilling those conditions, candidate must collect their CV. Afterwards, the candidate have to do a psychological test and interview both in English and Bahasa. Those tests are done to know the interest, personality, experience in organization, and also the time management of each candidate. After finished all the tests, the candidate have a big chance to join the protocol training. In the training, the candidate will be taught about the basic rule and basic things a protocol needs, public speaking sesion, and also character building, which can improve the candidate's mentality and soft skills.

- Assist First-Year Students in Elementary Physics practicum with specialization in DC Electric Generator using digital multimeter and Add-Ins excel and Planck Constant using LabQuest Interface device and LoggerPro application.- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocol in the running of the practicum.- Provide scoring and assessment of the practicum.

HMT-ITB is a student organization that houses Mining Engineering students at the Bandung Institute of Technology on a professional basis.

- Created instagram posts about mining industry in the form of mining news, mining facts, and mining quiz.- Conducted thorough quality checks on all posts prior to their publication.- Employed analytical methods to optimize engagement for every published post.- Developed schedules for content publication on a weekly to monthly basis.

The Ministry of Research and Scientific Propaganda is one of the three ministries under the Ministry of Coordination of Works and Innovation.- Post 3 articles in social media in the form of information to provide insight andknowledge- Doing collaboration between majors to create innovative work- Collaborating with experts to hold seminar activities about research work

Genshiken ITB is an organization that is competent, inclusive and useful in shaping all its members to become a figure who creates and appreciate art and cultures.- Establish relationships with organizations under KM ITB (HMJ and UKM).- Become a contact person for institutions inside and outside ITB with Genshiken ITB.- Collaborating with Nippon Club BINUS 2023 by conducting a comprehensive visitation explaining the culture and work systems of each institution.
