Under my leadership, Arco Restaurant—part of Olivia Star—became the first and only establishment in Gdansk to receive a Michelin Star.In my role at Olivia Star, I have overseen all aspects of the company, with a particular focus on marketing, digitization, business development, and data processing. Later, as Director of the Cost Optimization and Infrastructure Department at Meritum Bank ICB SA, I led strategic cost-reduction efforts. My tenure as a lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics further enriched my skill set. As Finance Manager at Olivia Business Centre, I managed financial operations and spearheaded process improvement initiatives, contributing significantly to the organization’s overall success. These experiences have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of finance, change management, and leadership.
