Under my leadership, Arco Restaurant—part of Olivia Star—became the first and only establishment in Gdansk to receive a Michelin Star.In my role at Olivia Star, I have overseen all aspects of the company, with a particular focus on marketing, digitization, business development, and data processing. This comprehensive approach has attracted hundreds of thousands of visitors annually, positioning Olivia Star as a leading attraction in the region.Equipped with a diverse skill set—including finance (ACCA), change management (Six Sigma Black Belt), innovation, team leadership, and sales—I have successfully navigated challenges and driven growth throughout my career. Later, as Director of the Cost Optimization and Infrastructure Department at Meritum Bank ICB SA, I led strategic cost-reduction efforts. My tenure as a lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics further enriched my skill set. As Finance Manager at Olivia Business Centre, I managed financial operations and spearheaded process improvement initiatives, contributing significantly to the organization’s overall success.
