The only way this happens is the trust and relationships I build with my clients. But listening and trust only takes you so far. I’m also the person with the 360 view of the business horizon. Pendragon is a niche legal publisher and market leader providing technology solutions to the UK pensions industry.At Pendragon, I lead a team of 15. We are a David - small yet powerful and nimble enough to consistently compete and outperform against the large Goliaths in the market. We may be small but we punch way above our weight and we’re constantly challenging ourselves to come up with innovative products.My clients include the largest law firms and actuarial firms including each of the Magic Circle law firms. In addition, we work with some of the largest pension schemes in the UK, major financial institutions and government departments, including HMRC & DWP.I’m the person my clients call when they need an innovative technology solution to work cost effectively and time efficiently. We give our clients peace of mind that they have the best resources they need to do their jobs.But at the end of the day, I'm just the person who helps our clients do business better.
