As Director of Customs and Logistics at an international textile company I lead a team of professionals, working within fast moving distribution channels worldwide. I carry full responsibility of the Supply Chain activities of Logistics and in-house Customs facilities. I also manage P/L and Budget for Logistics, Customs and the Procurement of all non-fabric elements. I am responsible for Procurement in the warehouse and all Facility management in the Belgian headoffice. I identify and process improvements to ensure a safe and clean working environment in the company, implementing health and safety procedures.
