The platform helps online businesses grow with tools for order management, marketplace optimization, communication and ad services, business training, curated products, and learning community.Key Responsibilities:- Managed the registration process for Everpro Chat, collaborating with partners and cross-functional teams to onboard 9+ new clients weekly.- Guided clients in leveraging Everpro Chat features through comprehensive product demonstrations.- Monitored clients’ registration progress for Everpro Chat and escalated issues to partners when necessary.- Developed and maintained trackers to ensure clients optimized their usage of Everpro Chat features.- Crafted compelling broadcast copy to facilitate registrations, track client progress, share onboarding guidelines, and address client inquiries effectively.- Delivered daily technical support to clients, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
