My journey in the field of electrical engineering began in May 2007 when I embarked on an enriching career path at an esteemed electricity distribution company in Egypt. In this foundational role, I delved deep into the intricate world of electrical power equipment, networks, and distribution systems, specializing in the 11/0.38KV domain. My responsibilities encompassed a comprehensive spectrum of tasks, ranging from engineering design and implementation to diligent monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and leadership of cross-functional teamsIn parallel to my professional endeavors, I pursued academic growth, obtaining IMBA, MSc PM, PMP, CFPS. This academic journey provided me with a strong theoretical foundation.In October 2008, seeking new challenges and opportunities for growth, I ventured into consultancy work in Qatar - United Consultant. This transition marked a significant milestone in my career, exposing me to a diverse range of projects and clients in Qatar's dynamic environment. Here, I encountered new challenges, including evolving regulations, complex MV/LV networks, and diverse systems, all within a multicultural setting. As a consultant, I leveraged my technical expertise and strategic vision to deliver innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of each project, earning the trust and confidence of clients and colleagues alike.In September 2011, I embarked on yet another transformative chapter of my career, joining Al Jazeera Media Network in Qatar. This role expanded my horizons beyond the realm of technical engineering, immersing me in the fast-paced world of project and strategic management. As part of this esteemed organization, I navigated high-pressure work environments, engaged with international cultures and bureaus, and led cross-functional teams towards achieving ambitious goals and objectives. Here, I learned the importance of adaptability, resilience, and effective communication in driving success in a diverse and dynamic work environment.Throughout my career journey, I have remained steadfast in my dedication to excellence, continually striving to push boundaries, challenge norms, and make a meaningful impact in the field of electrical engineering, management and beyond.
