  • Managed and directed the Administration department (around 80 employees) for Suez Cement Group and ensured highest level of accuracy and compliance with the Egyptian Labour Law.• Payroll system setup and management for Suez Cement Group of Companies (Suez Cement Company, Torah Portland Cement Company Helwan Cement Company, Suez Bags Company).• Established and managed the time attendance system for Suez Cement Group (6 locations)• Directed the management of all types of labour contracts (fixed terms, permanent, consultants…) and ensured alignment and compliance with the Egyptian labour law• Designed and implemented several Early Retirement Programs and Voluntary Exist Programs, resulting in decreasing headcount by over 1000 employees.• Transfer the salaries through online system instead of manual transfer.• Coordinated with banks to ensure highest service level for the company employees.• Coordinated with the Compensation and Benefits Department to ensure the accuracy of salary elements management and monthly salary transfers.• Generated monthly report to the HR Director as needed.
