In my role as Director of Operations and Head of Architecture & Design, I oversee both the strategic and creative direction of our luxury interior design showroom. I ensure that all aspects of showroom management and architectural design meet our high standards for quality and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: • Architecture & Design Oversight :- Lead the architecture and design team, supervising luxury residential, retail, and commercial projects with a focus on quality, detail, and functionality. • Luxury Furniture and Interior Trends :- Identify the latest trends and models in luxury furniture and interior design.- Attend industry fairs and visit brands to establish collaboration deals, enhancing our showroom offerings with curated, high-end pieces. • Strategic Brand Development- Collaborate with the CEO on strategic growth and brand-building initiatives, ensuring our brand stands out in the luxury interiors market.This role combines strategic leadership with architectural expertise and market insight, positioning our showroom as a leader in luxury interiors without direct sales to clients.

As the lead of the architecture and design department, I manage a talented team of 2 interior designers and a 3D modeler. Together, we focus on delivering high-end solutions for luxury private homes, penthouses, and residential projects, as well as retail and restaurant spaces. Our portfolio includes projects across Morocco, Dubai, Palestine, and Brazil. In addition to design, I oversee worksite visits, planning, and management, ensuring every project runs smoothly and meets our high standards. I’m committed to creating spaces that blend elegance, functionality, and innovation.

- Participation in the architectural competition for the design of a 15,000-seat multi-purpose arena in Rabat.- Design of a shopping center in Tangier.

- Participation in 3 architectural competions : • Competition for the university campus in Al Hoceima (3rd prize) • Competition for the Ecole supérieure d'education et de formation in Beni Mellal (1st prize) • Competition for the faculty of economics and management in Beni Mellal (1st prize) - Elaboration of the design for several of the agency's projects (Villas, schools, housing estates), as well as production of the various technical files (APS - APD).
