Key responsibilities include: • Architecture & Design Oversight :- Lead the architecture and design team, supervising luxury residential, retail, and commercial projects with a focus on quality, detail, and functionality. • Luxury Furniture and Interior Trends :- Identify the latest trends and models in luxury furniture and interior design.- Attend industry fairs and visit brands to establish collaboration deals, enhancing our showroom offerings with curated, high-end pieces. • Strategic Brand Development- Collaborate with the CEO on strategic growth and brand-building initiatives, ensuring our brand stands out in the luxury interiors market.This role combines strategic leadership with architectural expertise and market insight, positioning our showroom as a leader in luxury interiors without direct sales to clients.

As the lead of the architecture and design department, I manage a talented team of 2 interior designers and a 3D modeler. Together, we focus on delivering high-end solutions for luxury private homes, penthouses, and residential projects, as well as retail and restaurant spaces. Our portfolio includes projects across Morocco, Dubai, Palestine, and Brazil. In addition to design, I oversee worksite visits, planning, and management, ensuring every project runs smoothly and meets our high standards.
