As Chief of Staff to the VP of Growth, my job is to define a cohesive marketing strategy across paid and free growth channels and set the team up operationally to successfully execute against that strategy. This includes aligning with leadership across teams in SF and around the globe; ensuring the right level of investment across geos and Airbnb's strategic bets. My mission is to minimize distractions and blockers so our team of highly talented, ambitious engineers, marketers, product managers, data scientists, designers and more can do their best work and drive sustainable growth for our Hosts and Guests.

Lead team of 30+ highly talented, whip smart Growth Marketers who develop and drive Airbnb's growth marketing strategy. We're always thinking about how to make Airbnb a better investment for our Hosts, a better experience for our Guests and how to grow our overall community. We do so with a heavy focus on data but with a splash of art and intuition.

- Managed centralized performance marketing team consisting of four analysts and one engineer responsible for over $XXXM in annual online advertising.- Worked cross-functionally with game studio General Managers, Finance team and CMO to develop games’ advertising strategies and forecast outcomes based on quarterly margin goals.

- Launched multiple Zynga advertising “firsts” including retargeting, affiliate programs, DSP partnerships and behavioral targeting campaigns.
