I work with vendors to match candidate profiles and take them to the success journey..- Deep knowledge of W2 and C2C, C2H, Full Time and net payment terms - Responsible for the entire sales and recruitment process ensuring quality and effective delivery of suitable candidates enhancing client satisfaction. - Work on marketing candidates for IT openings as required by clients from time-to-time using sources like job-sites (DICE, Monster, and LinkedIn, Whatsapp Groups), job-postings, preferred-vendors, converted references, cold calling etc. ensuring that at least 2 candidates are submitted for each requirement within 2 days depending on the urgency of the requirement and sometimes within a couple of hours. - Coordinate with the candidates on the job-details, pay rates, relocations and the skill-set match. • Ensuring accuracy and present ability of candidates’ profile as also skill-set match. • Follow up on each submitted candidate until the candidate is accepted/rejected. • Scheduling interviews (both telephonic and in-person). • Coordinating internal activities like screening resumes on the basis of given specifications, scheduling interviews, coordinating with the supply for closure of hires, and coordinating with candidates offered until they join the Organization. • Prescreening of potential consultants in terms of their qualifications, work experience, reference checks remuneration etc. • relocations and the skill-set match. • Ensuring accuracy and present ability of candidates’ profiles as well as skill-set match. • Following up on submission status and providing timely update to the candidate • Act as a liaison to arrange interviews and prepare the candidates• Coordinating internal activities like screening resumes on the basis of given specifications, scheduling interviews, coordinating with the supply for closure of hires, and coordinating with candidates offered until they join the Organization. • Prescreening of potential consultants in terms of their qualification, work experience, reference checks and remuneration etc. • Take the preliminary round of interview evaluate the communication skills and suitability of the candidate.
