The project was done for safety purpose.A tonne of work part is to be loaded on the fixture vertically which is against gravity and was not safe.To avoid vertical mounting of the fixture is tilted 90 deg horizontally using tilting mechanism.Design of base plate,selection of bearing,base frame part are the parts included in the mechanism.
