Experienced in sourcing, negotiation, PO preparation, Expedition, Logistics, Store management, Invoice processing, Vendor development, Direct, Indirect & Import purchases.• Source the vendors and get the technical information and their product range • Preparation of RFQ to get the offers from respective vendors • Technical and Commercial evaluation of vendor’s offer • Preparation of comparison statement for the best 3 offers • Negotiating with the vendor for cost saving, delivery & other terms • Preparation of PO for the respective PR • Forward the purchase order to the respective vendors & receiving acknowledgement • Coordination with planning department to get technical approval from Client/ Consultant • Expediting the material processing with vendors • Arranging third party logistics to transport the material from vendor’s place to site • Ensure timely deliveries • Coordination with Accounts for invoice processing & payments • Implementation of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment • Meet the main quality objective of “Fulfill project execution plans meeting Cost, Time, and Quality and Safety objectives”
