Key ResponsibilitiesMaking reconciliation statement.Preparation of monthly purchase statement with value wise Preparation of materials transfer order in manual and system SAP/HanaAfter finalizing the vendor sending the PO and follow up the materials to deliver @ project site.JOB PROFILE: Receiving, Verifying (qty & quality) and recording all incoming materials on daily basis,Preparing GRN of incoming material in SAP/Hana,Local procurements,Preparing depreciation Statement for assets,Maintaining item identification, specification and item storage planning,Preparation of purchase request manual & SAP/Hana,Adhere to avoid material wastage @ site.Materials follow up with vendors.Receipt and Issues posting in manual stock ledger and systems SAP/HanaMaintaining minimum and maximum stock level daily and weekly wiseRaising enquires for Transport, all other consumables, Electrical and tools & tackles.Updating stock register and issue of material in SAP/Hana,Preparing GRN of incoming material in SAP/Hana,Preparing purchase orders.Adhere to avoid material wastage @ site.Materials follow up with vendors,Preparing depreciation Statement for assets,Vendor reconciliation. From November 2009 to till date worked as a store in charge Vascon Engineers Ltd @ IPPL project chennai. Client – Indian oil Petronas private limited.
