Sr Business Analyst - Implementation and Product Management Platform: Dynamics 365 Module: Vessel and Voyage, Bunkering, HSEQ

• Day to day commercial and Operational experience in a fuel oil trading environment fixing stems basis Spot and Contract.• Providing Derivatives Management, defining and executing trading and hedging strategies.• Analyzing physical and derivatives market in order to identify trading opportunities• Price analysis, understanding of heavy fuel oil and distillate cargo market fundamentals, pricing mechanisms and contractual terms used in purchase of fuel oil.• Physical Supplier Performance, Bunker Planning – Contract Volumes.• Vessel and Bunker operation supporting service (Testing lab and Survey), Commercial operation data management.

• Marketing the existing and new business to clients (Ship Owners, Chatters, Ship Managers) • Establish global service providers and business operations processes as desired by clients.

• Commercial selection of Vendors/service providers of physical suppliers, survey company, testing laboratory and underwater services (Inspection+ Cleaning) globally. • Implementation of Bunker process to analysis the selection of Bunker suppliers, Survey globally as per the requirement of Vessel Operation, on the basis of Bunker Quantity & Quality (Claims/Discrepancy). • Accumulation of Bunker from Onboard been tracked periodically and recovered by sourcing the best surveyors globally. (Vendor Management)• Analysis of vendor performance and operation process and visualize the extensive data gathered throughout the vessel operation and the historical activities of the operation.

Core business of Viswalab is to undertake Bunker Fuel Quantity Survey and Quality Analysis to major shipping companies. In order to audit and assess survey operations on various port and train new surveyors, required to travel as per the business requirement. Business Development - Market Research and Diversification of Business like Power Plant and Coastal Shipping. Implementation New strategy for Business process. Key Roles & Responsibilities: • Analysis and identify the potential opportunities on new business area to establish the company service and provide the market research report to marketing department. • Provision of direction, guidance, support and development of a quality culture through the induction process and quality bulletins. • Selection of vendor for company business process and requirement. • Come across various dispute during Bunker quantity survey operation. Auditing the third party surveyor during the survey operation.• Monitoring company SCM process and timely reach to customer. Finalizing the contract and execute the projects effectively. • Cost cutting on all the process including man power and identify the area for potential saving on company projects. • Implement New Shipping Applications/Modules (ERP – SCM) to improve the company process and efficiency. Key Roles & Responsibilities: • In Survey department deals with coordinating the in-house and outsource surveyors for allocating them to a vessel as per the customer requirement based on the vessel ETA.• Preparing the Bunker Quantity survey Report to the customers.• Distributing the company stocks (kits) to the vessel based on port of call to all around the world.• Maintain the company inventories and Tracking entire company SCM Process.

Key Roles & Responsibilities: • Maintain the machinery and follow the safety procedure. • Managed the operation and maintenance of ship machinery including propulsion system, B&W Engines, cargo plants and other auxiliary systems.• Successfully planned and executed the purification and consumption of 300MT of contaminated fuel oil. • Assisted for survey inspection for Main Engines for Safety and Environmental Assessment.• Plan & Execute bunker Operations.• Inventory keeping & making Requisition for Spares.• Onboard analysis & Communicate daily report to company.• Responsible for safety and insurance matters, risk assessments, repair specification, spares requisitions and equipment failure analysis.
