In the past 8 years, I have been a strong leader in R&D and System Software Development. As a team lead, I was responsible for selecting the right software tools for developers, managing deadlines, and keeping everyone on task. As a project manager, I helped coordinate large-scale projects with teams in different time zones while maintaining strict quality standards.I am able to assemble a team, identify the goals which are vital for the business, and build a development process. More specifically, I am experienced in project management (both managing projects and leading them), strategic analysis, risk management, change management, business process design, and implementation. I am always looking for ways to do things more efficiently by implementing new technologies or improving processes.I have a wide range of experience in system software development, performance and memory optimization, and robotics software development.
