March 2016 – Till Now HR Officer - Recruitment , NRC Jordan Job Description:Generic responsibilities:* Manages progress of own activities and adjusts planning if needed ; * Monitors compliance with NRC policies and procedures, handbooks and guidelines ; * Implements systems and procedures in line with NRC Policies and Procedures ; * Provides assistance, information and basic training to staff and managers on departments policies and procedures ; * Reports over the achieved activities, provides analysis over the performed activities ; * Supports the Technical HR Officer / Recruitment in providing direction, assigning tasks and giving instructions to staff, specifies their individual work plans and evaluates individual team members' performance, in case of the supervision of Technical HR AssistantsSpecific responsibilities:* Support with recruitments, long-listing for hiring managers; scheduling for testing and interviews ; * Support with providing feedback to the candidates and conducting reference checks ; * Support with the induction and exit procedures ; * Support with the HR reporting ; * Perform any other related task by the HR Manager, HR Coordinator or Technical HR Officer02 Feb 2013 – 03 March 2016: Shelter Officer , NRC Jordan - Make sure that attendance (soft copy /excel) will be sent from each Unit on weekly basis on Sunday.- Collect the Leave request and Daily attendance sheet/Daily Signature) from each unit for the same week ( Annual and Sick leaves) and sent it to me and I will match Soft copies and their Hard copies, In case there is an error I will return it to them to correct errors (Leaves Tracking Process).- Collect the Hard copies (Daily Signature) of the attendance sheet each month and make sure that all the staff are signed each day then I make the Time Sheet for all shelter staff and hand it over to HR, Briefly I am the link between the Amman Office and Za'atari Staff.
