• Support on preparation of yearly Budget and business plan• Preparations of monthly reports and analysis to monitor actual performance against the Budget and other Ad hoc reports as required.• Coordinate and complete the assigned tasks for the smooth & timely monthly and annual closings.• Supporting for the product costing and inventory matters including inventory analysis and stock count coordination as required.• Coordination on materials obsolescence processing.• Assists internal auditor in performing their audit procedures, and provide information and documents as needed.• Provides management reports as requested/necessary.

• Receives vendor invoices. (match the invoice with purchase order and book the invoices in Oracle system).• Processes petty cash transactions received from petty cash custodian.• Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.• Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end closing• Follow-up with vendors on outstanding invoices.• Support in reconciling accounting records as needed.• Ensure booking of accruals on a monthly basis.
