- Creating, implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures. - Identifying the company’s hiring needs and managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.- Tracking Center budgets.- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation. - Responding to internal and external ’queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Overseeing all aspects of a project, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and reporting.- Assist in developing plans for progress and growth. - Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks- Participate actively as a project team member in helping with marketing plans social media, and copywriting. - Assist in getting revenue to the center, such as creating a program of 8 classes that profited 65,000 SAR.

- Develop and maintain valuable stakeholder relationships.- Recruit volunteer staff to fit these roles using a variety of resources and techniques.- Communicate with different entities and authorities from the private sector, public sector, and voluntary sector - Lead, guide, direct, and evaluate the work of volunteering teams. - Assisting in managing the organization's finances; identifying ways to increase fundraising strategies.

- Assist teacher’s lessons by reviewing material with students.- Assist teachers with lesson preparation by getting materials ready and setting up equipment.- Collaborate with lead teachers to recognize issues students are facing and recommend solutions- Create a weekly program of learning activities for 400 students that include play, games, and competitions.
