In this role, I am responsible for preparing and reviewing the cost estimates, budgets, and cash flows of multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the company's standards and policies. I also collaborate with the project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to optimize the project costs and timelines, and to resolve any issues or discrepancies. Since joining Prestige Group in December 2022, I have successfully delivered cost estimates for several projects, including a super high rise luxury residential tower, a 10-acre mixed-use development, and a 5-star hotel.
