-Working as a senior pega developer for NAB insights workflow for Onboarding/Amendments and Data feeds case types. Mainly focused on migration of these 3 workflows to pega. Building case life cycle, configuring acknowledgment mails and correspondence which holds dynamic values. Intelligent routing based on the input provided. Creation of cases for a case worker via Email Channel using NLP in pega. Handling different business scenarios with Pega local actions like withdrawing a case, Re-opening a case, Transferring a case to different work queue or operators. Also, show casing the progression of flows to business, participating in gathering of requirements and progressive elaboration sessions. Responsibilities in this project also includes , debugging, handling defects and creating test reference documents for QEs- Worked as senior pega developer for group investigation fraud business unit, focused on uplifting and implementing merchant transactions fraud case type which majorily includes Implementing pega logics and UI, requirement gathering, unit testing , preparation of relevant documents and code deployment.-Working as senior pega developer in financial crimes department for enhanced customer due diligence case type. Upliftment of case creation, Updation and withdrawal process by using OOTB Pega API packages. Took end to end responsibility of multiple defects reported on production by business on same case types.-Worked as Senior Engineer-1 in Business Intelligence squad on Pega BIX framework and Metadata preparation. Worked along with release team in release process and post deployment verifications.-Worked on workflow automation & Robotics architecture based on Pega PRPC 8.x. Contribution in pega version upgrade rule retrofitting, defect fixing and verification of post upgradation steps.

Worked as Pega developer for pega customer service framework on minor version releases 8.6, 8.7 and 8.8 including multiple patch releases focusing on feature development, bug fixes and design discussions and presentation of features developed in front of leadership. Contributed in functional testing of features for several sprints as well. Occasionally played the role of scrum master for the team. Experience in handling customer incidents raised on same product. Worked closely with Pega global customer service team for handling customer incidents.
