My experience includes providing legal and transactional advice on acquisitions and disposals for a range of clients - listed and other large corporates (including financial institutions), a range of private funds and trading houses (including PE) and management - in a variety of sectors with particular experience in the technology, infrastructure and energy and financial sectors. I have strong experience in negotiating cross-border joint ventures and private fundraises.
