Led a small team to transform the dental practice from a single provider dental office to multi-specialty office and expand to two locations. This resulted in growth of 112% in Revenue and increase of 16% in margin during a period of 3 years. This was achieved by focusing on overall customer experience, building a strong reputation, adding new high value services, modernizing technology, and running more targeted social media and marketing campaigns with a very limited budget.

Cellofane is a software solution to monitor the amount of time employees spend using / abusing their personal smartphones while at work. The software will be available as a mobile application, a website, and a web application. In addition to business development, I provide guidance on the design and development of the application, and defining business process to support and operationalize the product.
